How we work
We aim to provide thoughtful, safety-first dog walking rooted in empathy and active supervision. Every walk is adjusted to the dog's temperament, carried out with care in busy urban environments, and delivered with clear communication so clients can feel confident their dog is safe, protected, and genuinely cared for.
Meet the Founder & Lead Dog Walker
Hi I'm Cara! I've been caring for dogs for over 8 years. After graduating with a degree in Computer Science, I spent a few years as a
technical consultant, mastering organization, risk assessment, and client communication.
Parallel to that, I walked dogs professionally throughout college and discovered my true passion:
building trust with each canine companion and their families.
Today, I combine that meticulous planning with the deep love I have for every dog, including
my own two pups, who receive fresh, home‑cooked meals, daily tooth‑brushing,
paw cleanings, and regular preventive care. Because each dog is an individual,
no two walks are ever the same. I tailor the pace, activities, and route to match
the dog's temperament, energy level, and any special needs. I provide personalized,
attentive supervision that mirrors what I would do as a pet parent.
The one thing I guarantee on every outing is the dog's safety. I carry a first‑aid kit,
water bowl, filtered water, constant awareness of hazards, and a keen eye for dog body
language to keep every walk secure and enjoyable.
My mission is simple: peace of mind for pet parents and a wag‑filled day for every dog.
Meet my co-workers
Every operation has a support team. Meet mine.
Both of my dogs are rescues, for me there was never really another option. Beans and Roo came from circumstances that could have broken them, and watching them thrive has shaped everything about how I approach dog care.
They are the inspiration behind Roscoe Pawtroll, the reason I believe every dog deserves the same level of attention, patience, and care that I give my own. They also happen to be my most opinionated co-workers.
